The Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland has awarded Summerfield with Builders Excellence Awards in 2005 and 2006. The first year, Summerfield won the award for building an exceptional single family detached home between $450,000 and $499,999. The following year, Summerfield’s Excellence Award was given for outstanding green building.
