Summerfield offers many of the most popular amenities available in homes today. Our three amenity packages—Vintage, Estate and Prestige—allow our clients to choose the options they prefer. Vintage is our most affordable package, Estate is our mid-level package and Prestige is our luxury package. Even our Vintage package is packed with popular, luxury amenities including slab granite countertops, hardwood floors and Kohler fixtures.
Summerfield pays close attention to detail when building homes. The process of selecting amenities is no different. The result is amenities that make the home beautiful and functional. For example, our hidden under cabinet outlets in the kitchen allow for the custom cherry or maple cabinets and granite countertops to be the main focus, while still allowing the family chef to power his or her small appliances. The amenities aren’t limited to the indoors either. Outside, amenities include outlets for holiday lights and landscaped yards with irrigation systems.
The flexibility of our amenity options is also exceptional. If there’s an amenity you want in your home that you can’t find in any of our packages, we are happy to get a quote for you on that added feature and then build it for you. This could include a back deck or a vaulted ceiling. Additionally, once you’ve selected a package, you can purchase items from our other two packages to add in your home as well.
