In fact, Energy Star Northwest recognized Summerfield as Oregon’s Small Builder of the Year for the efforts we make to surpass such measures. Since becoming an Earth Advantage and Energy Star builder in 2005, every home we have constructed has met specified green building criteria and was certified by the third-party organizations. While some other builders offer green homes as an upgrade, Summerfield ensures that all our homes are certified.
